Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement: All projects begin after receiving a signed proposal and advance payment.

Revisions: Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Extra revisions will be charged separately.

Payment: 50% advance is required to start the project, and the remaining amount is due upon completion.

Ownership: Final designs, websites, and creative materials become the client’s property only after full payment.

Confidentiality: Both Markethon and the client agree not to share any sensitive project details with third parties.

Content Responsibility: Clients must ensure that all materials (images, text, logos, etc.) they provide are legal and copyright-free.

Timeline: Project delivery time may vary based on complexity and client response time.

Cancellation: If a project is canceled after work begins, the advance payment will not be refunded.
